STEP 1: Create your business model

Have you heard of the term ‘business model’? Perhaps you’ve heard of it and thought – that doesn’t apply to me right now. I completely get it.


A business model is the plan to be profitable as a business – what you want to sell, how much you want to sell and how you will sell it.


The fact is that it can be scary to write down what we want to achieve, how we want to achieve in our business in terms of pricing, sales and goals. 


In this training we will go through step by step:

  • what you charge + what you need to be charging
  • what you sell and how many you need to sell to reach your ideal sales + bookings goals.
STEP 2: Who is your ideal client?

Have you heard of the term ‘ideal client’ and thought – well I just want to sell to anyone who will buy from me!

Actually, this isn’t a good strategy for getting sales and bookings. I learned this the hard way myself and it’s something I’m keen to share with you no matter where you’re at with your business.

  • how to identify your ideal client
  • how the idea of your ideal client evolves with time
  • how having an ideal client ties in with what you post
STEP 3: How to create and use a sales funnel

Have you heard of the phrase ‘sales funnel’ and thought either I don’t know what that means, should I? Or perhaps “no, that sounds far too complicated”.

Well, it can be actually quite simple to implement, because guess what? In some form or other, you’re already doing it, you maybe just don’t realise it yet.

In this training we went through step by step:

  • How to set up a sales funnel that converts more interest into sales
  • How to streamline your sales funnel (from initial enquiry into repeat booking)
  • How to use this process for launching new products + services
